Why didn't I receive my rewards for a referral?

There are various reasons a referral may not have generated rewards

• Incorrect Link Usage: The referred user might have used an incomplete or incorrect version of your referral link
• Multiple Referral Links: The person you referred might have clicked on another referral link before using yours. The system typically attributes the reward to the first link clicked
• Cache and Cookies Cleared: If they clear their cache and cookies after clicking on your referral link and before making a purchase on the Star Atlas Marketplace, the referral will not be recognized by the system
• Existing Starpath Link: If the referred user had already created a Starpath link in their profile prior to their first purchase, the referral may not be tracked, and you may not receive rewards.
