The C4 PTR map gives you access to several menus that help you manage your fleets, inventory, crew, crafting jobs, scans, buildings, and galaxy view.
This article gives a quick overview of the main menus available from the map screen.
Top menu bar
The top menu bar is visible from the main map.
It includes the following menus:
- My Fleets
- Inventory
- Crew
- Crafting
- Scans
- Buildings
- Galaxy
Each menu gives you a different way to view or manage your activity across the galaxy.
My Fleets
The My Fleets menu lets you select your fleets without needing to manually find them on the map.
From this menu, you can click one of your fleets to select it. Once selected, you can use the fleet action bar to perform available actions.
Inventory
The My Inventory menu gives you an overview of your inventory across the galaxy.
You can use it to see where your inventory, crew, and ships are located.
Clicking a base from this menu will focus that base on the map and allow you to enter the Starbase directly.
Crew
The My Crew menu shows where your crew members are stationed.
It shows crew assigned to fleets as well as crew located at Starbases.
Clicking a base from this menu will focus that base on the map and allow you to enter the Starbase directly.
Crafting
The My Crafting Efforts menu gives you an overview of crafting jobs currently processing across the galaxy.
Completed crafting jobs cannot be collected from this menu.
To collect completed crafting jobs, you must go to the Starbase where the crafting is being processed.
Scans
The My Scans menu gives you an overview of fleets that are ready to scan or have already scanned and are currently on scanning cooldown.
Use this menu to quickly check which fleets are available for scanning activity.
Buildings
The My Buildings menu gives you an overview of buildings you have constructed.
This menu includes two tabs:
- Claim Stakes
- Crafting Habs
Galaxy
The My Galaxy menu gives you an overview of systems in the galaxy.
You can save planets from this menu to favorite them. Favorited planets are pinned to the top of the list, making them easier to access later.
Player menu
The player menu is located in the top-right corner of the screen.
This area shows your character name, current level, and several additional icons.
From this area, you can access other menus such as:
- Leaderboards
- Council Rank
- Marketplace
- Community feedback and bug reporting
- Notifications
- Game and account settings
Leaderboards
Clicking the leaderboard text near your character name opens the leaderboard menu.
Leaderboards may not be active during the current PTR. When leaderboards are live, this is where leaderboard-specific information will be available.
Council Rank
The Council Rank menu is where you spend skill points to unlock research nodes.
Many actions in C4 PTR require research before you can progress deeper into a career or gameplay path.
During PTR, players may be able to use God Mode to avoid basic research requirement restrictions. This node is located at the top of the Council Rank tree.
Marketplace
The marketplace can be used to buy and sell resources with other players within your faction.
The marketplace is still early in development during PTR, so its features and behavior may change over time.
Community feedback and bug reporting
Clicking the orange bug icon opens the support menu.
From this menu, you can access:
- The Knowledge Base
- The Community Reports Dashboard
- Bug reporting
- Feedback and suggestions
- Feature requests
- Support ticket creation
If you encounter an issue or have feedback, use this menu so the team can review it properly.
Notifications
The notifications menu works as a transaction log.
Successful and failed transactions will appear there.
If you think a transaction failed or did not process correctly, this should be one of the first places you check.
Game and account settings
The settings menu contains account and game options, including:
- Account Settings - View wallet balances and your daily check-in streak.
- View Character Info - Deposit or withdraw ATLAS, SOL, or ZINK.
- Change Character - Create or switch between characters.
- Help & Support - Access reporting tools and support resources.
